Our Mission
At Kadavil FNP, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans. We focus on proactive care and disease prevention, working to identify and mitigate health risks.
Our Team
For the past 30+ years, Dr. Tessy Kadavil, DNP, FNP has been working in the healthcare industry as a nurse, nurse practitioner, and most recently, a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner.
Throughout her career, in addition to her patients, Dr. Kadavil has provided healthcare to members of her community who did not have access to quality and affordable health services. Wanting to better serve these patients, Dr. Kadavil was inspired to establish a primary care office in the heart of San Antonio's Medical Center.
Staff members Adriann Oommen, Mayra Garcia, CNA, and Yvette Hererra, LVN, work diligently with Dr. Kadavil to provide the best care to our patients.
Our Services
We offer primary care services, accepting a majority of insurance plans and cash pay patients ($75 initial, $60 following).
We provide affordable lab services with on site blood draws, with cash pay prices (for those without insurance) ranging from $30-$90 for major blood work (typically $500+)
Dr. Kadavil has extensive experience with chronic diseases that affect cardiac, pulmonary, renal, gastrointestinal systems. She is a certified Dementia Person Centered Care provider, and is qualified to provide buprenorphine therapy.
