Our Mission
At Kadavil FNP, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to our patients. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans. We focus on proactive care and disease prevention, working to identify and mitigate health risks.
Our Team
For the past 30+ years, nurse practitioner Tessy Kadavil, DNP, FNP, RN has been working in the healthcare industry as a nurse, nurse practitioner, and as a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner.
Throughout her career, in addition to her patients, Tessy has provided healthcare to members of her community who did not have access to quality and affordable health services. Wanting to better serve these patients, Tessy was inspired to establish a primary care office in the heart of San Antonio's Medical Center.
Our Services
We offer primary care services, accepting a majority of insurance plans and cash pay patients.
We also provide affordable lab services with on site blood draws.
Tessy has extensive experience with chronic diseases that affect cardiac, pulmonary, renal, gastrointestinal systems. She is a certified Dementia Person Centered Care provider, and is qualified to provide buprenorphine therapy.
